This movie was made in the 70's before deinstitutionalization. Psych hospitals don't look quite like this anymore. There was one aspect of this clip that i did see when i was in the hospital. In addition to the patients that "make you crazy" there are also a handful that i always develop a strong bond with and wish to keep in touch with in the outside world!
