Oh no?  I can prove that Baltimore city residents need a car.  Here is my albeit unscientific proof! I went through the Baltimore City Paper's employment section. There were 113 help wanted ads. I qualified  for 17 of the jobs. Out of those 17 jobs, 13 require a car.  Out of the 4 that don't REQUIRE a car, I'd have to allot 4 hours of each day for commuting.

Have I made my point?!
