I've been gone for a while

Someone broke into my email, my new one, and then I couldn't get into my blog either. But I never stop writing. I've been busy going to specialists and waiting for results and such. If it weren't for the ice problem, it's been icy since dec. 1; I could walk to 2 of my docs, and my n.p. but the wind, cold ice make that prohibitive.

Anyhow, "they" thought I had cancer but when the biopsy results came back I'm negative for cancer. Believe it or not with all I've been thru I didn't even feel scared while I was waiting. In fact I had decided not to do chemo, just to pick up one of Barbara Ehrenreich's books "Bright Sided" where she argues against doing chemo!

I've received some 3 new diagnosis over the last 2 months. I am having big trouble with my lungs, as the 4 people below me smoke heavy and it's not just ciggies. So chronic bronch, sinus, pleurisy, and I even have to go sometimes 2x a month to get breathing treatments.

I've inherited my birthmother's lung sensitivities as she also has never smoked in her life but is tied to oxygen and she is relatively young.

So, I've been largely bedridden with different problems, including complications from a procedure I had to undergo. Nonetheless, I have still managed in the month of Dec. to get treated at a nice restaurant (by a woman of course, men here are more broke then I am), go see the movie Hugo, the play Nickel and Dimed, and the local Christmas parade.

I also sang for 1/2 hour with the city's "big deal" choir; and they loved my voice and asked me to audition. I told them I can't join because I go hoarse after 1/2 hour and that I have chronic llung disease. But that 1/2 hour was joyous indeed.

I have also had my apt. broken into and worse; but I cannot go into details electronically.
