Life journaling recording your life and your health symptoms

I can't reitterate enough how important it has been for me to maintain a life and health/symptoms diary over the last 30 years! ( Started as a little girl, picked it back up at 18 but did not maintain a daily journal until 1994 when I had what I considered to b my first homeless episode)

For example I thought that my major hearing loss in my left ear was a very recent phenomena, but discovered a written record where I complained about  going totally deaf for a couple of minutes back in the late nineties!

The only reason I know about having 3 to 5 dozen disease diagnoses is because of journals and saved medical records

Certainly for anyone who has ever dreamed about writing their autobiography or dreamed of having someone else write their biography it is certainly critical to record your life in notebooks or online or both!

Full time job June 2005 until 2015

I was forced to act as my own detective after moving into subsidized housing in June 2005.  In addition to the full time job of abject poverty and poor health I was forced to begin spending many hours per week gathering evidence for the police and trying to solve the following crimes. (I quickly realized that the cops weren't going to help me so I've documented my evidence in journals and through photography, I've even saved the foreign hairs and other items left behind my the people who did the home invasions, such as the fact that they would urinate and defecate on my clothing)  When I dropped the clothing off to the officer he was furious with me and did not care.

I can't say that I'm out of the woods in terms of the identity theft and cyber stalking but I am just beginning to feel safe.

The crimes all occurred concurrently and my only break was between June 09 and Jan. 2010 when my stalker/stalkers were unable to find me.

some of the crimes were:

stalking
cyberstalking
nearly daily vandalism of my auto after 10/08
nearly daily home invasions
credit card fraud
looting and vandalism of every environment I stayed in up until april 2013. (Although I have been broken into about 3 times in the last 2 years between 4/13 and 3/15)
I've been in about 50 environments since june 2005
The people who were stalking me as well as the other hood rats would steal my food, my utensils , burn my clothes, take a box cutter to all of my furniture, pop my tires, take box cutter to my car, poison my food, destroy my cars such as cutting the brake lines.

I collected foreign hairs from my environments, I brought all contaminated items to the forensics lab for processing as I was instructed to do but they turned me away.  Luckily Steve a prof. photographer came and helped me photograph everything before I was forced to flee to Arizona.......

The only law enforcement who ever treated me with respect was the carroll county sheriff as well as the flagstaff police.

Criminals would urinate in my water bottle,  would leave food on the floor such as burritos then they would step in it and track it through the apt. They've left me dead rats and penthouse magazines on the floor. They would blow their nose on my toothbrush,

they would always find my nanny money no matter where I hid it. But since I was unsafe at home, each day (after I got a car)  I'd have to load the car with as many clothes etc as I could since I knew that everytime I'm out, they steal whatever they can from my home. Once a friend gave me cash so I could repair my car (about 2 or 300) but it was stolen before I could even use it.

My stalker would always break into my car and cut up the upholstery on the roof, the visors and broke the locks, including the ignition switch.  One days I fould his footprint in the snow (a day I was lucky enough to have film)  I took the cup of coffee from the car (which he blew his nose in) and I poured the cup of coffee into the footprint in the snow, (the stalkers footprint) this gave more detail to the picture.

I learned yesterday on Ice Cold Killers that you need red paint, (plaster of paris or something like it) bees wax to be able to make a mold of the footprints at the crime scene.  In Dec. 2010 I walked right ujp to the car of my stalker (he was in the park lot of the motel)  when I walked up to the driver's side he put a mag in front of his face so that I wouldn't b able to i.d. him.  This would have been an ideal time to make an arrest but I knew there was no cop I could call for help.  I have make and model of his car but he backed against the forest so I couldn't see and record his license plate.

I also learned from detective Kenda yesterday on HOmicide Hunter that simply photographing the print is good enough in many cases.  As he told his employee "great job on that photo we are going to need this down the line"

For most people watching true crime takes their mind off of their own lives but for me it always makes me relive the various crimes I've been though.

It's much worse then what I have recorded on the blog, I have to save details for the book, the movie, the documentary, and when I get chosen to be on I.D. true crime channel.

We've barely surpassed freezing in months

I took my first outdoor walk today in 17 weeks.  There's been too much ice and snow to walk.  Sun has always been important to me and I've always wanted to live in a place where I can be active outdoors year round, even if active means devastating pain after walking 3 blocks.

I blew my one chance to live in a place with mild temps year round back in 1994........

But since I am back in the U.S. I think I'd love san diego.  On the other hand since I hate how dangerous our roads and highways are with how reckless everyone is, I'm grateful to live in a place where I'm not required to do a heap of driving.

Effects of Noise Pollution

It still blows my mind how often I see parents taking their children to events that are clearly damaging to the child's hearing.  I've noticed hearing loss in my left ear and I'll bet it's because, when I'm driving if I have the windown down at all, I am exposed to motorcycles and the many many vehicles with souped up engines.  When there are one of these vehicles in the left lane I have to slow down so that the vehicle gets way ahead of me because it is so painful to my ears.  As I've mentioned before I likely have something to the effect of presbycusis.

r.i.p. to the man!

Devastating back pain

I can barely stand, walk, or sleep.  It's definitely getting worse.  When your in excruc pain it's very difficult to run around from doctor to doctor.  Vicious cycle.  If I can ever get together 75 bucks I will renew my med. marijuana card which expired 18 months ago right before my friend was kind enough to buy me what has turned out to be a very reliable car.

As I've said before you can only accomplish 2 errands max on public transit, each errand takes about 4 hours of commute time!

"On library computers"

I'm deleting my posts in which I have provided you with you tube links.  That's the only capacity I have on my smart phone at home; however here I can provide you with an instant visual.

THE DEATH OF ANISSA JONES

I didn't know this nor did I know that she spent a portion of her childhood in Lafayette, Indiana where I lived for 6.5 years

PATH program, Catholic Charities of Flagstaff Arizona

I am the 1 in 230 and this is the program that has kept me off of the streets since 2013.  I love this video which shows the incredible beuty of this area, and clearly explains the different types of homelessness.

State of the Union address

There should be a rule  that you aren't allowed to clap until the end .  Every 30 seconds to give him a standing ovation and this one our address could have been cut down to 20 minutes!  I only had the patience to listen to 14 minutes of it  and I'll listen to the rest of the course of the next few days .

"So unfair"

My comments on a may 2011 article on u.s. adults largely reliant on parents through their lifetimes

I apologize for the lack of a link, but I'm hoping you'll b able to google for it.  (forbes)

In my life experience the situation is far more profound and serious then what the Forbes article claims.

If you include things like parents who paid their child's way through college, give them trust funds ,inheritances such as free houses , cars, vacations at least once a year, then I only know one American adult who has been able to support himself without any help from family! (or government programs.) He is 52 and has worked 20 years as doctor of engineering!

of the reasons why parents are supporting their children throughout the lifespan is because the housing costs are outrageous, wages inefficent;  but one of the biggest is love and because they feel they can afford to.

Given the fact that both my adopted family and my biological family have and had the financial means to keep me from falling homeless in 1994 and chose not to, absolutely makes me bitter!

The fact that Emanuel*, my friend in Indiana was handed a quarter of a million dollars in cash from his elderly father , chose not to give me one penny of it even though Emanuel "adopted" me as his sister!  How cruel!  I haven't seen him since.

I ve been left out of all of the wills.

Mommy dearest stole every penny of what I had in my account throughout my entire childhood which could have easily been tens of thousands of dollars when you look at the fact that some of my relatives likely gave me birthday and Christmas money annually. (mother told me to never spend any gift money but to put it into an account and I know realize she used it all up on mink furs and the like.
you already know that my parents forbade me from going to college when I told them at 19 that this was what I desperately wanted.

I actually know a woman my age who from the time she was 16 years old her father has literally bought her a brand new car every two years. (and her husband is a millionaire)

I know another man 3 years younger than me whose parents just bought him a upscale home in a  suburb of Ohio. They give him a huge monthly subsidy in addition to the disability money that he gets, pay for all his bills and pay for him to be included in posh vacations and cruises multiple times a  year.

Laura* is my age she also lives exactly like this and does not have to work.

Lena is 32, high functioning autistic has been in college for 14 years. The average annual tuition is approximately what you would pay as an out of state resident forYale or Harvard. She goes on vacation three times of the year fully funded by her parents and they are international vacations. Her average monthly spending money is likely thousands.

I know dozens and dozens and dozens of people who do not need to work and will never know the pressure of having to come up with the rent, etc. pay their own rent or their own mortgage, need I go on?

And lastly, Daniel is 66, lives in the same house since he was 6, has his disability money, part time deli job money, free house, free cars from his brother, and bi annual expensive vacations provided by the woman he knocked up 24 years ago who is very well to do but lives in another state.

My last vacation was 22 years ago I have not had a safe non-toxic place to live until about a year ago.

I do not know of anyone who is middle class!

I can't really explain this but even when I knew that I was going to go to college ;despite mother forbidding it, it never crossed my mind to ask a single family member a single penny. (I paid for my entire college education, with exception of some student loans for housing costs.)

I don't think most Americans have a self sufficient mindset in the least.

I've been on other internet forums where the question was asked: do you know anyone who is rich but wasn't born rich?   The answer is always a big fat no!

I think about this subject obsessively
